Give your clients a CTO, without giving them away.
I'm Nikhil Garg, a fractional CTO and the CTO of Get Cover. Refer a client who needs a technical leader and earn 10% of what they pay me in their first 6 months. I never take your build, design or no-code work.

The moment your client needs more than a build
You stay the client’s main relationship for your own scope. I own the technical decisions, architecture and code quality.
- The app has outgrown the no-code or AI tool it was built in.
- The client needs production infrastructure, security or scale.
- The client asks, “Who will be our CTO?”
- Investors or partners want a technical review.
- The client’s team needs senior technical leadership.

- FlutterFlow
- Webflow
- Lovable, Replit and Bolt builders
- Other no-code and AI-builder agencies
- Product design studios
- Small dev shops without a senior architect
Three steps, and you’re paid when they pay
- Step 1
Introduce the client
Make the introduction, or send them straight to the Technical Health Check, the easiest first step.
- Step 2
I run a Health Check or a scoping call
Either the Technical Health Check ($500 fixed) or a scoping call, depending on what the client needs.
- Step 3
If they sign, you get 10%
10% of what the referred client pays me in their first 6 months, including the Technical Health Check. Paid within 15 days of each client payment.
The easiest first step: refer the client to the Technical Health Check. $500 fixed, a written report within 5 business days, and a clear recommendation: fix, refactor or rebuild.

How is the referral fee paid?
Within 15 days of each payment the client makes to me, for their first 6 months.
What if the client only buys a Health Check?
You still get 10% of it: $50 on the $500 Technical Health Check.
Will you compete with us?
No. I don’t take build, design or no-code work from your clients. If they need it, I send it back to you.
Do you work with agencies outside the US?
Yes, anywhere.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a short one-page referral agreement.
When should an agency refer a client to a fractional CTO?
When the client needs more than a build: the app has outgrown the no-code or AI tool it was built in, it needs production infrastructure, security or scale, investors or partners want a technical review, the team needs senior technical leadership, or the client asks, “Who will be our CTO?”
What does a referred client get first?
Usually the Technical Health Check: a written report within 5 business days, a prioritized 30/60/90-day plan, a 45-minute walkthrough and a clear recommendation to fix, refactor or rebuild. Or a scoping call, if that fits better.
Have a client who needs a CTO?
Tell me about your agency and I’ll reply personally. The terms fit on one page: 10% of what the client pays me in their first 6 months, and none of your work.
Already have a client in mind? The easiest first step for them is the Technical Health Check, or book a call with me first.
