The Risk
A non-technical founder at NewPoint Financials needed a full warranty management system built from the ground up, with no existing platform to start from. The risk was claims and money running on architecture the founder could not judge alone.
What I Owned
I owned the architecture decisions and wrote the code: a multi-tenant B2B platform with automated workflows, covering the claims processing engine, an admin dashboard, white-label customer portals and the warranty-provider integrations.
The Result
The platform has processed over $1M in warranties and handled 1,000+ claims without issue, and it remains the operational backbone of the business. In August 2026, Get Cover named me its Chief Technology Officer.

As Executive Director of IT, I owned the full technical strategy and architecture, led the development team, and managed the vendor relationships across that ecosystem.
