MHHC Enterprises, a US OTC market registered company, was drowning in warranty debt with 10+ years of unstructured Excel data. Their Operations Manager Vincent reached out after seeing my work with Jacana Warranty, desperately needing reliable tech support to handle their warranty management crisis.

I built a comprehensive RBAC warranty management system using WordPress and Gravity Forms, transforming their chaotic Excel-based processes into a streamlined digital platform. The system cleared their massive warranty debt backlog and improved their relationship with their biggest client, CPS Central.
